Founded in 2015, Vaspasiano Construction is built on decades of hands-on experience in fine homebuilding. The company’s foundation began with a comprehensive apprenticeship at Jim Morrison Construction in North Lake Tahoe, where custom homes ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 square feet were constructed in premier communities such as Martis Camp and Lahontan. Over six years, this experience developed extensive expertise in excavation, foundations, framing, finish carpentry, and project management.

After relocating to Sonoma County, Vaspasiano Construction obtained a California General Contractor’s License in 2011. A subsequent full redesign and rebuild of a residential property—transforming a near tear-down into a high-quality family home—further strengthened a commitment to thoughtful design, structural integrity, and enduring craftsmanship.

Since that time, we have completed a broad range of projects, including ground-up builds, remodels, additions, custom decks, and outdoor kitchens. Strong working relationships with local planning departments and a trusted network of skilled subcontractors allow projects to progress smoothly from concept to completion.
